Naturally, you initially think about the time that will be freed up for other things once you start working with the system. Finally, saving time is one of the objectives of Qraia CRM.
Freedom and CRM
But what is freedom in the context of a CRM System? In a general sense, according to Wikipedia, you could define freedom as ‘the ability to act according to one’s own free will’. This is of course a very general description that is certainly not complete, but it does indicate that the essence lies in ‘free will’. You could therefore use the CRM system at your own free will.
But this is of course about the implementation of the system and what it could yield. I already wrote in the previous blog that my ‘core business’ is writing and that I have been familiarizing myself with the Qraia CRM system for a number of weeks now. At first I was quite skeptical about using such a system. Because what should a writer do with something like that?
Now, after a short period of training, I must honestly say that I like it, because the improved overview of my contacts and tasks gives me more peace of mind and I can spend more time on other things that also matter to me. doing. I’m sure this will also apply to many fellow freelancers, self-employed people, entrepreneurs and other users.
A short example from my own situation: last week I was working on an article in which I had to ask several people some questions to clarify a certain point of view. I had created a label and could group all the notes , answers from the interviewees and further contacts under it as I had in mind. All very clear. This way of working gave me space and peace so that I could focus on other things.
Win-win situation
In short, using a solid CRM system is a real win-win situation, because you work more efficiently and it simply saves time. And that brings us back to how we spent that time. In the context of the holiday period that has arrived, this will not be too difficult for many of us. Yet there are plenty of workaholics who have difficulty taking a temporary leave from work.
I would say to workaholics and other would-be freelancers, self-employed people and entrepreneurs who do not yet use a simple CRM system : get started and give your head more peace and space so that regular work and your leisure activities have (even) more quality. to get. I don’t think it goes without saying that this quality can have a positive effect on many facets of entrepreneurship in the short or long term.
